Online learning is now essential for us to reach all of our pupils at Oaks.
We recognise that home learning is not the same as being at school; children do not have to work from 9-3pm at home.
Below is a guide on how to access and support your child’s learning online using Google Classroom as well as other important learning links.
Google Classroom is a direct link with your child’s class and is where all future work will be shared until we can return to school.
If you have specific inquiries, the office can be emailed: firstname.lastname@example.org
Each class has a Google Classroom set up with work being uploaded by teachers.
Weekly schedules of work with tasks and links will be uploaded there.
Children are expected to log in to their Classroom daily to complete their tasks.
It is also a safe place for them to chat and communicate with each other and their teacher, in line with the agreed expectations.
Every child has an Oaks Google account and a password which has been sent home with them or emailed to you.
