Friday 8th March – Dressing up for World Book Day at Oaks
We invite the children to come to school dressed as a character from their favourite animal themed book. Costumes can be made from hats, large paper with straps, recycled costumes, t-shirts and so on. To celebrate the magnificent costumes, there will be a parade in school which the children, and staff, will take part in.
The World Book Day organisation works with communities to ensure all children and young people have access to books. To kindly donate £1 (or more), please do so via My Child At School via the product option.
