At Oaks Primary Academy, we are always available to see parents if they have a problem or a concern or if they would like some advice. Most staff are available on the playground before and after school, but if it is something specific or that needs detailed information, it is best to make an appointment.
Who to speak to?
If it is an issue relating to your child, the class teacher is the first person to see as they have the most direct day to day contact
Issues with payments, letters, clubs etc. should be directed to the academy office
If you wish to speak to Mrs Milligan (Inclusion Lead) or Mrs Macey (Well-being Lead) please approach them or do so via the academy office
It is very important that you feel you are listened to and your concerns taken seriously. If you have any concerns about the school or the way anything is dealt with please speak to Mrs Tipple and if you still feel that things need addressing, please ask for a copy of our complaints procedure.
