Activities from Mental Health Awareness Week

This week, pupils have done a variety of activities to highlight the importance of talking about how we feel. We are learning about how we can have healthy minds as well as healthy bodies.
Pupils have been showing and telling all week about the things that make them happy inside. We have joined together as classes so that pupils can share their strategies for keeping happy, calm and just giving our minds a break.

On Friday, pupils wore their own clothes to raise money for Place to Be – a children’s mental health charity. They raised £137 for this fantastic cause and we are very proud.
